Please remember that you are entirely responsible for paying any costs assessed by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
A monthly statement will be sent to you. The average response time from insurance companies is four to six weeks. If your bill does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, kindly contact our office. You are accountable for any outstanding obligation once your insurance has paid. Your fast payment is greatly appreciated. We can set up a monthly payment plan for you, but you must do so before the treatment begins.
